100 Moments
Marking a Milestone
Since launching the LewisvillePhotos.com photo blog on August 1, 2008, I’ve been privileged to showcase 100 moments of life in our beloved Lewisville, North Carolina.
Within a little over six months, the blog’s photos have included walkers, bikers, animals of various kinds, flowers, old cars, autumn scenes, snow scenes, the outdoor dramas at the Square, programs at the library, concerts, old buildings and houses, a sunlit field, a foggy morning, worship services, the Christmas parade, and many, many beautiful children.
As a way of marking this 100-moment milestone, I’ve provided FIVE COLLAGES containing the lead photos from all of the 100 blog posts, in the order in which they were published.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to read an EXPANDED VERSION of this post in which I comment on certain photos in each of the collage sections, go ahead and CLICK to be taken to the 100 Moments (Expanded) page. That page contains everything in this condensed post, and much more. However, if you just mainly want to look at the collages, then stay on this page and click on the link following the first collage shown below. That link will take you to the NEXT SECTION of this simplified version.

Your Turn
And now, if there are any thoughts you’d like to share about the blog so far, please take a few moments to share them in the Comments box below. Your suggestions and preferences for improving the blog are always welcome.
Just wanted to thank you for giving me back some of the years I left behind. I lived in Lewisville/Pfafftown for 20 plus years. Took off to Washington DC and stayed. I visit often and still love my home and the people. You just bring it closer. Thanks for all of your pictures and keep them coming. Deb, I think I went to high school with you. My name is Linda Bailey and my father still lives in Pfafftown. Small towns like Lewisville, Pfafftown and Clemmons are great. It took me a long time to realize it. I LOVE the area and the people.
Yes, Linda, I remember you! It’s really good to hear from you. The years have flown by, haven’t they? I hope you’re doing well and enjoying your life in the DC area. I interned in Hyattsville, MD one summer and enjoyed the experience there. Thanks *so much* for taking the time to leave a comment, Linda. Your note has made my day!
All the best,
Deb
Congratulations on your milestone. You’re just getting warmed up.
Thank you, Steve. On to the next 100 moments!
