High-Tech Treasure Hunting

Geocaching.com - The Official Geocaching WebsiteGeocaching is a relatively new GPS-based hobby/sport that’s fun for all ages! It’s suitable for individuals, couples, groups, and especially families.

A recent check at the official Geocaching website, showed there were over 1,331,000 active geocaches hidden around the world. And approximately TEN of those geocaches are hidden in the small town of Lewisville, North Carolina (USA)!

We’ll be exploring geocaching in general, and will also take you on the hunt for a local Lewisville geocache. Until Deb is able to post a geocaching article here, you can learn more about this fun pastime at geocaching.com. Please check back!
